Flower Council of Holland (FCH) and Florist at The Dorchester are providing free daily interactive workshops to visitors of the London Spirit of Summer Fair 2012, from Wednesday 16th to Saturday 19th May 2012.

Designer Florist at The Dorchester Wendy Black will show audiences how to arrange a specially designed Jubilee Bouquet (pictured), created by Black, to then take away.

Wendy Black, Florist at The Dorchester The Jubilee Bouquet uses the nation's favourite cut bulb flowers: narcissi, iris, hyacinth and calla lily and also incorporates stephanotis, a plant originally used in the Queen's Coronation bouquet, which ties in well with the forthcoming Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations. The Flower Council of Holland is sponsoring all cut flowers for the workshops.

In addition to the cut flowers used in the Jubilee Bouquet, Black will also be showcasing other summer cut bulb flowers to inspire the audience for future floral creations.

Workshops run from 12.30 -1.15pm daily and there is a chance throughout the demonstration for Q&A. Attendance is complimentary and places do not need to be booked in advance.
